Hello again
are there any hoyas that have a strong upright growth that are not vines or trailing, that I can grow amongst my vireyas, http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/562171/
they both have the same requirements for water soil sun etc but I would need them to grow upwards.
Thanks Neil
Upright Hoyas ?
Multiflora, cembra (odorata), cumingiana, campanulata, and lobii all are pretty upright- they'll need support to stay that way after a while, as the branches usualy start arching out into a fountain shape.
And the winner is
...............................cumingiana...now my hunt begins. Thank you for the help. By the way I found this site in my search with all correctly named Hoya with pictures, might be helpfull to someone

Thanks again
A couple of other hoyas are H. cv. Iris Marie (syn. H. paziae) and H. wallichii (larger version of H. campanulata).
Even tho the growth is upright, their branches (not vines) like a host to lean and grow against...they will wind upwards.
