This has really bothered me for the longest time and has made me so curious as to why this happens. So I decided to do some research on it and this is what I found, which really makes a lot of sense. This little article also links you to a product that can fix this problem if you would like to use it. I am not sure if I want to do that, I just wanted to know the answer to why it always photographs purple or violet as blue and this finally explains it. I hope you enjoy reading it. Your eyes see purple, so why can't your camera
Thanks Jesse very interesting ! I have a hard time getting deep pink to come out. Seems like the lighting has to be just right .
