This amazing specimen is basically free standing, sitting in a flat pot. You can pick this up and carry it around- not attached to anything, though while sitting in pot, roots in minimal soil

Holy Moly that is amazing! I had to stare at it a while to decide those were all small plantlets and not a single bloom.

I think the level of detail that you are achieving in your pictures is great. The plant is in excellent condition! You have a subject for 'pic of the year'! Create the picture........ remove the extraneous; that wilted tip has to go........... I've never seen one of these plants before. I 'm ready to chuck the Schlumbergerias....... for something different! IMPRESSED!
