Not sure what to make of this - I've seen aerial roots due to high humidity, but growing up the side of the aquarium?
This is 'Gobe' in a ten gallon aquarium with Saran wrap as a lid to keep the humidity high.
Too much humidity?
That is very strange. I don't know what you need to do. If it was mine I'd probably poke the roots back down into the soil and take the cover off partway.
