Can anyone help me open a pdf file? An error window comes up when I try to open the attachment.

This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action Create an association in the folder opeions control area???? Huh??? Greek to me....

It has a very important list that I need to have... Any help would be greatly appreciated...
