How Do I Export from Incredimail to MSN?

Is there a way to export my address book and folders from Incredimail to my MSN email? Incredimail did an update and now it doesn't provide a junk filter unless I pay for it...now there's all kinds of junk appearing in the inbox. It seems that MSN does provide importing but only from Outlook Express, etc. Please keep in mind that I am very computer challenged. :(
