The seed has a slightly noticible blueish tint, so it is commonly referred to as "Blue Bread Poppy seed", it indicates the color of the seed not the flower. It is a great addition to any garden, as it's use as a cut flower is as good as it's seeds.

Will these Bread Lavender Poppy seeds grow in zone 7. I make homemade breads all the time. I have larkspur seed. It is mixed purple, white, pink.
