CLOSED: Have: Blue Flowering Bulbs

(Zone 7a)

I have a few bulbs that flower Blue to trade for RED flowering bulbs. I have no idea what I'm looking for and really don't know what (bulb) flowers red. Except for my Fritillaria imperialis..But I want to be able to leave these in the ground and not have to dig in the fall. Crocosmia Lucifer would be really nice :-D I'm looking for blood red..No daylilies though..well that's if they come in red. I just don't do daylilies..
Thanks

I can send you a bunch of Anometheca laxa. It grows about the size of the Ipheons and blooms a deep coral red.

I want anything blue! I have some light blue Ipheons already, but want more.

Hi Susan..sending you dmail

Jacksonville, FL(Zone 8b)

Hey, Susan. Sent you a D-Mail.

A few each of your T. laxa and Ipheion 'Rolf Fiedler' would add muchly to my blue/white themed garden.

It may be after 3/23 before I can get around to coming through with the trade. I'm helping to organize a major ($50,000) fund raiser and am in the last few days of tying up details and loose ends there. So proceed with some of the other offers and keep me in mind for later, if that works better for you. I'm hoping to steal some time away from fund raiser duties today to snatch all my neighbor's bagged up leaves from the curb to mulch areas of my garden and go claim some more of the A. laxa.

The red Anomatheca laxa spread easily once established. Mine are taken from properties where I've seen them spread from private yards far out onto public easements.

By the way, I do have (supposedly) RED day lilies, though they look more like deep brownish orange ochre to me. They are only about 1 year old, so I'm not sure they are at the divisible stage yet.

Jeremy
