I wish we had nurseries that carried cool plants like you do, then I wouldn't have to search so hard for ee's. My Plumbea is gone, black magic, black runner, and maybe wentii, although my wentii has dark undersides of the leaves.

Now we've hit a space wall.
W/ the latest shipment from Brian I am offically out of indoor room.
So the temp GH goes up next weekend.
We can dump about everything currently in there and get the pups cranking.

I see I have been getting talked about. I was out of town for a bit but am back. The zone on Alocasias Brian Williams should be 8 or 9. I have a new one of the same parents called Alocasia Poseidon's Spear its similar a bit longer leaf and no maroon on the underside. It points upward more. I just repotted a ton of Brian williams up.

Teresa, go search! He has a ton of neat ones and apparently started hybridizing while still in diapers!! LOL I was going to post a link to a thread on his hybrids but he has so many! Click on his name then threads he has started. Bring a drink. You'll be there a bit. LOL
The Brian Williams alocasia is quite a trooper, stiff leaves, takes full Florida sun without getting scorched, and yet has handled the sun as well. It just started sending up it's new spring leaves a few weeks ago. I kept it semi protected (have it growing in a pot) so it never went dormant.
I'm looking at Brian's Poseidons Spear. If it's half as solid as the BW-aloc, it will be needed in my garden as well.
Caladiumbulbs4less on Ebay, is a wonderful caladium person to order from. Bill takes great pride in his product, and every tuber/bulb has been very large and very healthy. I can't even begin to tell you how many varieties I have ordered from him this season. Never a single disappointment. (and inexpensive!) Excellent customer service and communication.

Teresa....on some of the caladium forums, people rave about Bill at Caladiums4less on Ebay. So there are many of us who are extremely happy with his company.
Same goes from Brian Williams (aroidgrower), have never had a bad item from him.
It's nice to have people who take pride in their work.
