Hi!
I bought it sometime ago to use in the garden. I was ondering if I can feed my AVs with it. If not, does anyone know of a plant food special for AVs that I can get at the GC or Walmart?
I have Superthrive and F11 but they are not complete plant food.

Check the nitrogen source -if it is derived from Urea, I think you should not use it. Tends to burn the roots of AV's
If it's a bloom booster you want, there are some orchid foods out there with no urea and bloom booster NPK #'s

If you us Vf-11 please don't use super thrive or anything with it.
Vf-11 is a complete food . You don't need anything else. I talk from experience :)) I have babies growing out of my ears and blooms all year round :))

Houseplants:
VF-11 contains all the minerals that houseplants need. Great for keeping African Violets in bloom.
Vf-11 has all micronurtients plants need. Vf-11 has all the foods plant need and use.
General Product Information:
All-purpose plant food which can be used safely on any plant. Expect immediate improvements. It aids blossoming, especially in African violets. VF11 is non-toxic, will not burn plants, cannot overdose, it is odorless and will not stain. Promotes lush fern growth and vigorous growth in creeping plants. Works well on new cuttings promoting roots quickly. On transplants it will keep plants from experiencing shock when moved. Works great in hydroponics because VF11 has no toxic build up so there isn’t any need to flush out tanks.
Common Recommendations:
You can use VF-11 on all plants, including acid loving ones. VF-11 can be used on indoor and outdoor plants. Use it on your Roses, Azaleas, Fuchsias, Begonias, Orchids, Geraniums, Camellias, Plumeria, Gardenias, Hibiscus, Hydrangeas, Bougainvillea, Succulents, Bonsai, Tulips, Ferns, Palms, Cacti, all bedding plants (impatiens, petunias, pansies, 'snaps' etc)
Houseplants:

Also spray the leaves with the same solution, for optimum results. Half strength for orchids is sufficient. Cuttings:

Use one ounce (two tablespoons) of VF-11 to a gallon of water. For best results, use all year long.

I RECOMMEND flushing plants and waiting a month before using VF-11..WHEN I first started using it I re-potted all plants in NEW organic-Soil-less mixture . I LOVE it !

Great you won't need anything else to have lushish beautiful healthy always blooming plants ! Well 12-16 hours of light, light soil mix, right size pots, good circulation , lots of love :))
