I am wondering if we have overwhelmed Eleanor. I faxed an order two weeks ago after I received my sample bottle and loved the results on some brug cuttings. Called last week to check on my order because it hadn't posted to my credit card. Eleanor answered and said the order should ship that day and the charge should go through. I checked the credit card again today - still no charge - so I called and left a message about my order and so far, no response. My problem is that I really want my order!! When I spoke to her last week, she did say that they had a lot of orders, and I told her it was probably because of DG. My dilemma is that I have some plants and cuttings that seriously need to be fertilized, and can't decide what to do. Any ideas?

have you tried to order VF-11
sharon...give them some super thrive till you get the vf 11....don't think you'll have a problem...but ST is not a fertilizer...let others chime in
i HAD Transplanted all my plants so I could use VF-11 alone as recommended. My plants went for a month with no food and they were all fine. Probaly helped VF-11 work better. I would not use Superthrive with it.
I'd wait. Did she give you an idea when it will ship ? How much did you order ? In the mean time if your really worried about it place a small order of it by Charlies until your large order come.
allison...perhaps a few drops out of the Schultz bottle...or fish emulsion....all light amts.
Schultz has Urea , fish maybe. But waiting is not going to hurt. Mater of fact it's good to leach your plants and give them a rest sometimes is realy good for your plants. This is what I did it worked good for me and I even re-potted all my plants as when I joined AV group all were in pots too big. When my plants did get VF-11
they went wild !

What I am worried about is that I knew VF-11 worked best by itself, so haven't been fertilizing because I thought I'd get the Vf-11 soon. I have no idea when I'll get it - plan to call again tomorrow. I hate to order from Charlie's, because I ordered a case of gallons!! If it is going to take another two weeks or so I don't really know what to do. Advice?

when I ordered my case of VF-11 I re-potted all my plants and did not feed them for a month until Vf-11 arrived.
I even recommend people leaching their pots and not feeding their Av's for a month and then using Vf-11.
Let Eleanor know you need it really bad ..a rush order. And get an exact date you may expect shipping. Any Business should be able to do this.

Eleanore emailed me and recommended the same Allison. Leach the soil and use it alone, no other fertilizers. Although I do dip my leaves to be laid down in SuperThrive/ water mixture before I put them down. But use nothing but Eleanors after that.
I pay $8.95 for a gallon at our local Yardbirds (smaller chain home improvement store) but she's located about 2.5 hours from here in San Jose. So easy enough to order or go pick up. Not sure how much to ship, but probably the best would be via UPS or some other low cost shipping. Eleanors likely gets a good rate since she (as with other vendors) has an account with them. Not sure about that.
I'm guessing that any HD (Ace Hardware or TrueValue etc) or other store can special order if needed.

Man Eleanor I think chargers like $19.00 a gallon and that's if you buy a case of 4 . And CHarley's is like $21.00 a gallon. WOW

Eleanor ships slow UPS ground takes couple weeks to get here. I think Fed-ex for heavy boxes is excellent.
I'll check it out Ali, my company has a UPS account, we're supposed to get good rates for shipping but I'm not sure if we still use it or not. (or it might be FED Ex, I can't remember as my partner generally does the shipping)

I keep one gallon in the house, one in my playhouse and one in my greenhouse. So i dont have to haul it around to where ever I am.

We are making progress!!! I called again yesterday and left a message, and today I received my hose end sprayer, so I guess the order is going through. If they don't want to charge me, that's ok. Sure hope I receive my gallons soon, though. I can't believe the roots on the brug cuttings I put in this stuff.
