It is encouraging to hear I'm not completely down for the count. I will be reporting to the doctor in two weeks and exercises sound fine to me!

I couldn't resist going outside to trim back a few plants. After all I'm just supposed to avoid anything that hurts...

I also have a teenager who was absolutely thrilled to hear I'll need his help in the garden....Susan
