Elephant Ears HELP!

My elephant ears plant needs some help. All the older leaves have brown edges. What is it lacking?
It gets lots of water and sun. It has 2 new shoots that are 2 inches high already and they are fine......so far. Any suggestions?

Even in a greenhouse up north here they will do this in winter and very early spring.Water with room temp water and keep the soil warm(75F) and the new leaves will be fine.No o need to worry. :-)

Oh thank goodness!!! I thought I was in big trouble. I just got this plant in August so this is my first winter. ;) Hence not knowing......
