How many weeks before frost... Starting seeds

High Desert, NV(Zone 5a)

Does anyone know of a good website that lists all (or most) veggies, and how many weeks before frost to start them for transplant?

Thanks

I was thinking I needed something similar. I never had to worry about frost before...or snow or hail, either, for that matter :-) I'm out sick today from work. Maybe I'll get my seed catalogs out and type out a list. I'm still realing from the fact that "last frost" is STILL 2 months away. Well, I guess my toms will be trees by then. I hope the nights stay warm enough for them!

Here are a couple:

Resource page: http://tomclothier.hort.net/

UW wisc extention resourses (free pdfs, pay for printed copies): http://cecommerce.uwex.edu/showcat.asp?id=18
-the "Wi cultivars and planting guide" is based on Madison's 4b zone info--NV cultivars will be very different (I think) but (again- I think) the planting schedule is based on when to plant after/before last frost.
The WI resources are not likely to help you, Tom, but maybe someone else???

Here is a general guide by frost date: http://www.heirloomseeds.com/schedule.htm

Good luck!
