Welcome to DG, RaggedyAnn [love your handle, but be careful, you could end up being just 'Raggedy' when you join us Tuesday evening for live chat.
Please do.. it's a fun time... and some times we even talk about gardens.

- you will love this place, more info available than one can absorb. And the id forum is so helpful and QUICK - so you can decide if that plant is what _you planted or a wildly successful weed.

If you have a spare minute to gossip and swap stories check out the various coffee threads... and don't just stick to 'Georgia's' forum.

With only two other members in Utah, and gardening here in the high plateau desert where every climate zone seems to happen during the year.

Herbie, howcum you're in the 60s and I'm having snow and 20s?? LOL

Thanks for all the warm welcomes! I have already found so much info and ideas that my head is spinning!
I spent all day outside yesterday, so today I am catching up on neglected chores.
I look forward to chatting, that sounds like fun.

Hope everyone has a great day and remember that spring is a few days away!

I'd like to say hi from Iowa where it's a chilly 44 degrees.

Lawrenceville, GA(Zone 7b)

I'll send you some sunshine, it's 70 here today. I' ve been out filling the birdbath and feeders and letting my cat roam in the back yard. We have had it with being cooped up all winter. Nice to meet ya.

I wish my cats could go outdoors. Zoe accidently got out this morn and we almost didn't catch him. Poor Petey sat in the house and meowed. We have a grain elevator next door so we don't dare let them roam. They were orphans at 5 weeks. Adorable! (They're two now.)
