KITTY QUESTION

Unfortunately my digital camera is broken so I can't post a picture.

We recently adopted a set of sister kitties that are 6 months old. They are identical and we refer to them as the 'twins'. They are a force to be reckoned with as our other 4 girls have found out!

When we adopted, we were introduced to their mom. She was a siamese (mix?), lilac point markings with longer hair and a real fluffy tail. The twins are almost black (with a dark brownish tint, unusual color to me), yellow eyes, medium length hair, tufts of hair sticking out between their toes, tufts sticking out of their ears and their tails are as long as they are and very, very poofy.

My question is, are the characteristics described above, remind anybody of a certain breed? I think that they are very unusual looking and just beautiful (proud kitty mom here!).
