Not that I know of Tony. Maybe some are in the Garden Watchdog? I am not sure.
Easier and better to get a list of known and trusted sellers, that to try and list the bad ones.
There are more bad ones appearing by the day, many with high positive scores from buying and selling junk, until they found out brugs sell well, and they can change ebay names before the blooms tell on them!
I went to eBay when I saw this thread. I failed to find the one I had problems last year. I didn't recognize many of the people selling Brugs. I did notice that one seller had changed his name. I noticed because of the Brug he sells. I agree with lagata2 in that you'd be better off getting a list of trusted sellers.
