Black Ace is breathtaking Allison. I have Blackberry Jam. Just a plantlet from leaf started this late Fall. Hope the dark of the bloom is as lovely as Black Ace

Black Ace is really something. I have some suckers growing so will have more to share soon. Of course I have Bob's plant I promised him !
Well sorry it's not Nanna though it is beautiful. I have Blackberry Jam. It's big though I took 4 leaves off of it yesterday to send to people in their boxes.

Oh yes Blackberry Jam as you can see is more red-purple star and Black Ace is Semidouble dark burgundy/white edge it has a very deep velvety look.

Oh and I bought mine from Bluebirds and the foliage is dark can't see any variegation. This happens a lot maybe babies will variegate if cool. It has never bloomed for me.

yes most of them. Many are grown in natural light.

Know wonder I am running out of room. The violets I really like are the large standard variety. When mature I can only get two to a tray. Oh, dear.
