My wife is in China and I don't have anyone to cook for me

So the market had a good sale on London Broil. I bought a large piece and popped it in the freezer. After it was stiff I took it out and sliced it thinly on a diagonal and then dumped a bottle of Teriyaki marinade on it and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Had to sit down for a while, my legs object to so much standing.

Then I chopped a large onion and put it in a pot with some olive oil and cooked the onion slowly until it was done. Now I dropped in the London broil, marinade and all. Added a half head of garlic sliced thin and a couple pounds of mushrooms sliced. When the meat was beginning to be cooked I turned the heat low and sat again.

Next I added a couple of cans of cream of mushroom soup, the low-salt variety. Some black pepper and a good sprinkling of red pepper flakes. I left that simmer until I couldn't resist, then I added a container of low-fat sour cream and turned off the heat.

I put some frozen vegetables in a bowl and microwaved them. Then ladled on some of my mixture.

Gosh it is terrible not having anyone to cook for me!
