got too wet.
been taking dead off.
need to know if i can repot or just keep taking off dead.

Looks like a cyclamen. You might take it out of the pot and set it on paper towels to dry out some, and then repot in a well draining mix.

i work in a nurseing home and one of the lady got it and some one over water
i have two plant of my own like this
they flower and then they all die out
i take all the dead out and they all seen to come back

I'd definitely take it out of that decorative foil wrapper (those are terrible for accumulating excess water!) and replace it with a saucer.

They do die back/go dormant....if they do, just with hold water until they begin growing again.

I've read that if you store the pots on their sides while the plant is dormant, you'll resist the urge (or the mistake) to water.

I've found that these do best with bottom watering...pour water in the saucer and let it soak up what it desires, then discard the excess water.
