I don't have a pic right now, but can get one if anyone is interested. My son has started up many allergies, cats being one of them. We have 3 cats and need to adopt out at least 2 of them to one or two loving families. I hate to get rid of his favorite one if he can handle it with the help of medication, but we can't keep 3.
Tom is the spitting image of Horsie or ZuZu with the same "tude" going on. He LOVES to have his belly rubbed. He showed up at our house last summer, half dead from starvation. In about 4 months, he had gained so much weight that I had to put him on an indoor cat formula to help, but all it did was stop the weight gain. He hasn't lost much, if any, weight.
Baby is all white, bobtail. Some of you may remember the episode from two years ago with her mother having kittens under my house. The mother dissapeared several months ago. http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/440680/ and http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/474885/
Last June, Baby had an episode where she couldn't stand up. She still has a small problem with holding her head slightly kilter sometimes. http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/516627/ I still don't know for sure what it was, but I think it was a neck injury.
Last week she started licking the hair off of her chest, but I think she's stopped it for now. I was going to take her to the vet to see if it was allergies if she kept it up. She had dissapeared for about 4 days before that, so I think it was stress. She was completely uninjured when she came home so I can't imagine where she was unless someone tried to keep her in their house. Baby's personality is that she wants to love on you, don't hold her or try to cuddle with her. She has a foot fetish, loves to rub on your bare feet. She does, however, like to be petted.....what cat doesn't....just don't hug on her.
Both cats are spayed and neutered.
