Allison, I didn't know about the plant files. Great picture. Did Kenton grow that?

What a pretty AV. He sure has some great ones.

Hadfield, you are missing the greatest resouce- and the reason I signed up with DG. I got the plantlet from Allison, it is a nice one. I thought that "saintpaulia" was pretty thin in PF as compared to others like Lilium, Hemerocallis, etc. SO I wncourage you all to add some AVs and pictures with Hybridizer names & all.

All of my AVs came from Allison!

I should mention some honors for Allison, Lorry, Tropivalaria and Jill, too, for adding some very nice pictures to the files. The idea is to attract more people to "the hobby" by building up our favorite genus. Frankly, I had no idea that African violets had such awesome things as fantasy marks when I looked them up- but that was the clincher that got me interested during those dark, spring-sick winter days!

I'm going to get more pictures in PF :)) Your so correct Kenton !
I sent this plant to Kenton around mid December 2005 it was a tiny baby. Matter of fact he transplanted it , and one of it's large leaves is rooting in the original pot I sent the plant to him in. Only the on leaf is as big as the plant was when I sent it to him. Now it's mega hugh.!! I had never seen Fantasy Radience bloom until now. OH WOW now I need Kneton to grow me one back. lol
He sure can grow them !
Fantasy Radiance (8025) 01/27/1994 (J. Eyerdom/H. Eyerdom) Semidouble pink large/lavender fantasy, white edge. Medium green, plain, pointed, hairy. Standard

Kenton, great job on those av's (and everything else you've shown us) - you grow very well!
