I have just ordered some of this stuff and I noticed that JesseK's AV just flowered and she thought this VF-11 might have something to do with it.
Allison maybe you can tell me what this product is and what it does and anyone else if you can share your experience with it as well.
Very, very cold here in Alberta today.....minus twenty on the celsius scale!

Have no idea what is in VF11, but I had the sample bottle and put some brug cuttings in it about a week ago, and already have roots that look much stronger than the ones just in water. I ordered some, too :-)

Is itOK to spray leaf cuttings (not rooted) with it?
It is supposed to a wonderful foliar spray. Don't know about cuttings, but seems like it would be OK to lightly mist them. I did that with some small brug cuttings and they perked right up, but they were rooted.
By the way, I do not envy you the -20C.....that is REALLY cold.
One important thing a must " VF_!! like to work alone" don't use it with other fertilizers.

Well thank you for all your comforting words of how nice your weather is compared to mine....LOL!
We will eventually get there, it might not be for another couple months but we will get there.....I hope!
