The Fot Worth AV show is today and tomorrow. I am taking my MIL tomorrow and will try to get a bunch of pictures. I am hoping that since it is the last day I can get some good deals (I think it is also a sale??). Am so excited to go. I think my Dad wanted to go, but said he didn't want to drive the 1 1/2 hours again tomorrow to get here like he did today. He is the one who loves the AVs - raised them years ago.
Ft Worth AV show
wow sounds like fun...too bad your dad can't /doesn't want to/go...enjoy...we'll look fwd to the pics
WOW Super fun ! Does your Dad still enjoy growing African violets ? You can bring him some home ! I hope you find a lot of good deals. My experience with our shows was get there early as all the best went fast and early.
Have fun can't wait to hear about it !
Well, Dad is 82, so doesn't like to drive too far if possible. Now, if this were for a class, there wouldn't be any question. He retired so he could go back to college!! I would not be at all surprised if he showed up. At one time, years ago (probably before named AVs were popular) he had almost two hundred. He was raising them in the dairy barn LOL He was an ag major! Said the cows loved them, but who knows :-)
Allison,
The show opens tomorrow at !:30, and I plan to be there at 1:35. Will keep you posted!!
