Our neighborhood has adopted 2 battalions in Iraq. In addition to personal products like soaps, etc. we are sending cookies and other sweets. These have to be able to handle 3+ weeks in transit. No chocolate chips or frosting as the temp is rapidly rising and it would melt. They need sturdy cookies or bars that can hold up in war.
Any good recipes to recommend?????
