HELP Need Easy Chicken soup!

I searched, but kept coming up with over 800 results..... I need a quick easy chicken soup recipe. I have chicken broth, boneless skinless chicken breast, chicken buillion, so hopefully someone can give me an idea. We have caught the flu, 2 kids down 2 to go, and DH and I. I want something I can throw together to be reheated that doesn't come out of a can. Any ideas would help!
