I attempt to open my email and it tells me I am receiving messages but nothing happens. The little icon of the envelope on the bottom right is moving but the little arrow in the inbox icon above is not. When I close there is a message 1 of 9 messages if being received but they are not there. I will not pay $35 to tech support for this. What is my prob? thanks.
