Hi everyone ! Good morning. I sure hope DG's gets the forum fixed today. I am posting this again. Thank you Lorry !
I am still not able to post a new thread ??
I want to say a big Thank you to Lorry !

Lorry I could not start a new thread yesterday and I was so tired.
I got my three boxes wow. I also got a box from some where else to. The mailman forgot one and came back about a half hour later and knocked on the door. He asked Hubby if they were all ours ! WOW :))
Lorry you really out do yourself and pack some terrific boxes. Zillions of leaves and plants. I will be very busy today.
Lorry as soon as I get caught up I have more Special plants for you !
I can't Thank you enough !
Ok the two bug eating plants. Their small and extremly wet like soggy and weird soil. I'm lost what do I do ? Are they ok ? Help please !

Palm Bay, FL(Zone 9b)

well i can't post either...tried all last night also...Lorry has you busy Allison...and here i'm having trouble with rob's soire....funny how i can send pics through d mail but can't post here with new threads....the problem with rob's soire...if it is one...is that the leaves are inverted...some with the tips overlapping...sent allison a pic through dmail.....the description of rob's soire says...quilted and serrated leaves...and when i look at jack's violets where i got it...his leaves didn't appear to be doing that MUCH of a quilt etc..appreciate all help...lorry..you have that one?

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Bob picture came threw on Dmail. Mannn I sure hope Dg's gets fixed today !
Werid looking. What's the crown doing ? Maybe it got cold ? Or some kind of bug ? I can't find this plant on First Class. I wonder if it's registered ? I wanted to see what they said and what it looked like ?
I sure Hope DG gets fixes.

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

I dont think they know where the bug is yet to fix it. I've been unable post, send email, or start a new thread. Grrrrr.

So I'll post here if I can .

I cant remember who was asking about my rooting method in the perlite, and when I transplant the leaves. Well here's a shot of the roots about the time I move them up to their own dixie cup.

Here's a few more

Look at this beauty of an Episcia! (Pink Brocade)

Remember when I said I use party picks to hold the leaves up when I first transplant them. Since I use the shallow dixies, the leaves sometimes have a tendenancy to sky dive out of their pots. So these juts hold them upright until they set roots. After a few weeks I remoe them and the leaves stay up by themselves. (makes for quick mouse ears, not far to travel to the top of the soil!)
Think I'll post over in the toolbox thread too.

laurie..that pink brocade is relly nice..

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

Thanks Bob, I put it in a little make-shift terrarium for humidity while it's rooting. It has very silvery metallic qualities to the leaves which the camera does not pick up.

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Laurie great leaves ! How many you have down now ? 499 ! Oh one of the leaves you gave me has babies coming up !

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

Yea! I know I sent one that was started. I'll email you the names on those leaves. Several were subs. But cool subs!

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I think this is a noid if it had roots i could barly see. It's been in a box on top of range under hood light living with the crowns, little babies and Alsobia ! It has several mouse ears :))

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

Is the leaf variegated with some pink? lots of white? If so then yes, it's a noid, but it sure was a cutie pie, single pink flower. But the leaves were too yummy not to send. I know you'll have fun sending out it's babies! =)

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

I have it marked ! or labels when you sent it. Your Chimera foliage plant please progate by sucker I don;t think leaf is going to do it ?

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

ok, it's not suckering yet. I'll keep an eye on it. I have leaves down from the first one, so far two are with mouse ears. Here's the one that has ears growing all over the place.
