anyone know how 2 change the code on an OneTouch Ultra meter

Would appreciate any help here. We do not have the instructions and cannot test mom's blood on this machine. I did send an e-mail to Lifescan.com, but do not know if they will respond.

THanks for any help you can give. Boy these small meters are confusing.
