You do realize they take up to 3 years to flower.

They can flower in 2yrs and even 1yr if done right!
Ive never had to wait 3yrs from seed-but maybe there are some.

I have read on tinkers where someone started them early and grew them all year(9mo) in a GH and then set them out early spring/late winter so they would think it was winter and time to rest and then they bloomed that summer. I have never tried this but may have to see if this would work!

daylilies are fun to grow and cross and see what you can make.
