No no kitty, that's not nice..

Hi Everyone,
Since many of us have plants in the house and kitties too, I'm hoping someone will be able to answer this quick question.
Yesterday, I caught Princess Olivia kitty (and yes she thinks she's royalty, lol) urinating in one of my potted brugmansia that I'm overwintering. Actually, I've caught her perched a few times in other plants in that suspicious pose but this was the first time I saw her do her thing. I am taking measures to prevent this from happening again. I need to know what ill effect, if any, does cat urine have on plants?
