What to do with Green Cabbage??

My neighbor brought over 6 (yes, I said 6!) heads of cabbage....said she got a good deal on them.
I know about cabbage soup and cabbage rolls; but that's about it.
We are trying to eat pretty healthy so any help would be appreciated!
