Do you have any pictures? Sounds wonderful.
My brother has a digital camera. I am going to ask him to post some pictures for me. There are several "grades" of fresh water pearls. some round, potato, flat, seed and some shades. I go to shows to buy them. I get most my glass beads on Ebay.
A picture tells a thousand words. Please check back with me later, anyone who is interested. smithrach40@yahoo.com

HI, I will be having daylilies and some Siberian Iris..along with other hardy perennials. Will contact you later on or you can catch up with me-if spring ever finds us. I make beaded jewelry, but never have done the thread/pearls thing-so would be interested.

Hi Marcia,
I get my pearls at the gem and mineral shows. I string them like glass beads. What kind of jewerly do you make?
I don't use the tie knot method with silk thread. I like the pearls next to each other and not seperated by knots. I especially enjoy the irregularly shpped pearls. They have more personality.
It is not hard to do! RAchel
