Need advice on soil in raised bed

I have prepared a raised bed that I plan to put some raspberries in this spring. I have filled it with plain topsoil for now. I have a whole pile of wood chips and leaves that I had gotten last fall. These are mostly from hardwoods. I can run them through a 1/2 screen and only get the smaller parts. Would this be good to add to the soil? What else should I add to the soil to make it good for raspberries? Thanks.

Have you tested the soil for NPK and pH? Myself, I'd compost the wood chips and leaves, as it's already February, (or use them as mulch) and add plenty of finished compost to the bed. I love greensand for fruiting things and usually dig in several cups of that. Some peat or coir might help with water retention and with providing the acidity the raspberries like.
