Need contact with cat rescuers

Our DD has moved here with us from another state 1/2 across the nation. She had to leave her 2 kitties with her SO. He has postponed his time of arrival here at least 3 times and I wonder if he will ever come. Her kitties are now living in anyoutside shed in a large carrier. One has never been an outside cat. I would like to find some people who will help us to get them to St. Louis to a friend who will then bring them to her. Can anyone here help us find someone doing this? Thanks.
