Well, Patricia, if anyone can grow it, you can! Will you try to root me a cutting, pretty please?

Patricia, what a great link.

Jody, Lapageria is very hard to propagate. I will give it a try, but don't hold your breath.

Patricia, I'd bet you could scrape a section of vine, dust rooting compound on the scraped area, lay it on the ground, cover it with some soil, keep it moist, and it will root!

I agree Kay..I do this with Roses and Clematis and all kinda vines...just take a knife and make a little slice on the underneath part of the vine and put some rooting hormone on the cut and place under the soil and put a rock or peg or hook to hold it down..keep moist..check in about 4 to 6 weeks to see if it has rooted and remove and pot up...works wonderfully....Jeanne
