Has anyone ever tried the "Dough Relaxer" from the Baker's Company? It is supposed to make pizza dough easier to stretch and pie dough easier to roll out - you get the idea.
Would love to know if it works, I make lots of pizzas and sometimes waiting for the dough to relax by itself is frustrating. (Just a bit impatient here LOL.)
