Those close to Ottawa know of Budd Gardens as one of the primary sources for Hostas in the area. They do some mail-order but their pirme focus is on retail sales.
Yesterday Don Budd sent me his list of new hosta varieties which they plan to sell this year.

Oh boy, I've been looking up a few of them and there's some lookers in that list. Uh-oh! A few I found in the Color Encyclopedia of Hostas, some pics in Hosta Library and some of them through a google search, although there's quite a few I can't find any reference to at all. I'm hoping Don Budd will update his website with some more information on them soon.

I'm in REAL trouble. Want at least 23 of them badly. Have quite a few others on a "Maybe" list. Some of them were so new that I couldn't find any info on the Internet. Hopefully Budd's will have pictures when they get their web site updated.
