Brunfelsia problems.
It looks a bit like Scale, maybe..............by the brown spots at the base of the leaf??? The foliage texture of the Brunfelsia, resembles that of the Citrus plants, and this occurs onn those also.....something is sucking on them for sure!! just a suggestion............Elaine
