Will Sinningia Cindy Ella self pollenate and come true from seed???

Thanks

It is definitely fertile, and I think most sinningias can be selfed. I don't know if it will come true from seed.....

fyi, dollbaby (I think you said you had this one too) is reportedly usually sterile.

and, umm..... I would be delighted if you'd try propagating both :-)

Hey, thanks so much!
I love the sinnigias you shared with me. I still have the micros and the Pusilla and Rio dasPedra are bloming too!

I tried to pollenate the Cindy Ella and "THINK" I might have seeds??? See what you think..

oh yes, definitely. congrats!

I hear that mini sinnigia seed pods ripen in about 2-3 weeks. I have never managed to time them, but I think this is correct because I also find that they are ripe before I turn around.

Keep an eye on them! They'll dry and turn brown when completely ripe.

As you know, they bloom from seed quite quickly so you'll know soon enough if they self true.

OH BOY! I did it! Wheeeee....
MsC doing the HApPy DaNce!

So,this lil plant has two more growths coming up plus more blooms, too. When or how should I repot it???I'm a little concerned becasue it is in the same pot I got it in...I figured it would be dead by now but...I didn't kill it!:)

I would wait until the seed pods are done. I like to repot them when new shoots are growing, and I only pot up into a slighty bigger pot - I find they don't like to have too much room.

Thanks Keyring,
I'll wait for those seeds to do their thing and repot as advised.
