Howdy.This is a Maya shoot,sport or some thing.The rest of the plant is great.Should I continue to grow it,or is this a sport with potential?If it was a sport it would need a lot of shade,there is very little dark green.Any help would be great.Thanks
It may keep growing if you leave it with the momma. If you separate it from main plant, it will not have enough green chlorophyl to keep it alive. MO
Gloria is so right. I would leave it on for fun. I have had one for 2 years and it adds interest to my plant. It can even flower for you!

Joyce, it very well may. I believe I have seen quite a few people now with them on Maya.
