Hi Claudia, the cost of shipping and a phyto certificate might make it hard to trade with members in other countries, but there are other people in the Netherlands who grow plumerias. I believe there are a few who are members of PlumeriaPals. You might see if you can connect with those members and trade with them, or there might be members of Dave's garden who live in the Netherlands. You can do a search by region for members. By the way, I see you just joined Dave's Garden for three months so welcome!
