So today marks the new Asian lunar year. This time around it's the Year of the Dog.
Although we usually pick up Chinese takeout to accompany watching old Charlie Chan movies on DVD, I was feeling a bit more ambitious this time, so have decided to make 5-Spice Asian Chicken Wings with Cilantro Dipping Sauce, & homemade steamed Dim Sum dumplings (turkey & shrimp) with a spicy soy dipping sauce.
Anyone else doing the Chinese food thing tonight?
