Home of the Buckeye catalog

I received a pdf copy of Pat's Patch, Home of the Buckeye African Violet's 2005 catalog today from a kind soul on another list. If anyone would like me to fwd a copy via their personal email. Please Dmail me with your email addy and I'll send it along!

I just printed mine (21 pages of drool material!) so I can read it tonight with my highlighter pen - marking all the ones I want!

NOTE: ordering is via phone or snail mail ONLY! no email/internet orders. Also, she sells leaves only. not plants. BUT boy what a nice list of varieties and they send +/- 15 % of your order in 'bonus' leaves. Nice!

edited to say that the catalog itself is a 3.5 mb file. So you may not want it if you don't have high speed internet.

The Rebel's site offers Pat Hancock as the source for thier violets (same as the above Pat's Patch) so I went and read the catalog early and see that she offers violets from the following hybridizers

OH yes Rebel's Cucumber Kool a friends been wanting it hard to find. I saw it one Ebay leaves going off in a few hours no bids. She was sharked she won them $1.99 and seller sent her couple extra leaves too !

no not yet. I think I have enough leaves for now. Ha Ha Ha! But I keep looking. I still haven't done my VG order (I know, I know, I need to light a fire under my bum!)

Right now, I have all I can handle with my new begonias. So until I get them all settled in, I'll wait on orders.

Well the way VG ordrs and they ship order that come in first and I ordered I think Jan 4th. :)) they ship all back orders first. So if you order may take months for it to come. But they don't charge you till they ship. I was going to make sure I got the ones I wanted some I tried to get last year they were out of :))

I'm going to run out of space! He he. When all those leaves make babies. I'll probably have to settle down a little and wait to order anyway. It's so hard to resist...

Oh my goodness I have no space left. Today I set aside plants to pack tomorrow God willing three boxes to go out ! . I sent a lot of plants on a large tray of yours. But you can have all and any you want and I will ship them to you :))
I still have no specae extra on stands. I want one empty for my Special plants. lol
Oh ok so the leaves you have down now Laurie ! I figure you have about 400. I bet you get on the average 1200 hundred babies :)) Those two inch pots will be perfect for them. And once those babies start coming they will never stop :))

One little begonia I picked for you will stay 'mini' (it's the 'semi-mini' equivelent to AV's) So I think you'll like it.
but of course you can have leaves of anything I am bringing with me.
I'm trying to organize them now. Big task. Ha ha ha (what was I thinking?) LOL
