Cat, I've seen those but not that exact one. I DO brake or swerve for them! It was so horrible last year when the first Monarch I saw was when it hit my windshield!! How weird is that?! It just had to be me.

I know...I feel bad when a butterfly smacks into my windshield or grill. I try to be careful when I'm driving...but during the migration season they are hard to avoid.
The seller I bought that "I BRAKE FOR BUTTERFLIES" bumper sticker from stated she would personalize them using whatever font or photos I wanted...but I was in a hurry to get one. Will try to send her some of the photos I took to of butterflies specific to south Texas to see if she can use them to make some window decals or another bumper sticker.
This reminds me of something from my childhood.
I'm the youngest of 3 with 2 older sisters. When the older bought her first car we all went for a ride. All was great until the younger screamed and the older slammed on the breaks. Younger said she saw a butterfly in our path and as afraid we would hit it.
Darn near knocked me into the front seat.

LOL...that's why the bumper stickers are necessary warning for those behind. I guess the driver should warn the passengers tho.
It's funny how once you know to look for them, you see them everywhere. I will see a small shadow go by my car and look out and see one passing. When the Monarchs come thru in the fall I have to be careful or I'll get carried away and not pay attention to the road!
I like that I think that is really cute! My mom has one that say " I brake for turtles"! She loves turtles.

1gardengram - I got mine from eBay seller Cornerstop. She makes bumper stickers with a variety of animals (lots of turtles too lil_red).
So I asked if she'd make some butterflies ones for me. She did so quickly :o)
