I did win Alchemy gold from violet lab...I paid 20.00 for it *much more then I will usually spent BUT I have always wanted a true yellow AV*
I would love to have their springtime also but it has been going for like 100.00...way to rich for my blood.

I tried to find it on Senks web site, but he must have it down. I can't access it. Bummer. Ali knows which one I'm talking about, she said she had it and sold it. It's just an oddball kind, the kind I like.

I have been looking at ebay this evening and oh my gosh there are a lot, lots of mini & trailers! Some for very good prices, some for auction some for "buy now"- and in my search to find pictures for those I don't know I found this really interesting site Óçàìáàðñêàÿ ôèàëêà - does any one speak Russian! Wish I did they have some really beautful AVs and some of the other gesn...
If you go to the site you have to click to enter and then click again to select gesn... it's a challenge if you don't speak Russian but you can get there w/ a little trial and error.

Laurie is it Beanstalk or Cascade ? I had them both and I had Springtime and Alcemt Gold and Alchemy Parakeet... But I did not get them at good price like lucky Lorry :)) I also grew 7 of his green and white wasp plant I forget the name. Sold all of them.
I was not good growing them ... so I sent them along to new homes. Oh yes I grew two Fruit Fly's by leaf and sold them too ! Out of all of them I liked Beanstalk best such a cutie ! And the green and white wasp I bought leaves from someone different two lvs. for almost $20.00 got 7 babies do wish I kept one of them.

Wow, how exciting! From the buds in the picture of the auction plant, it looks like he waits to be sure plants will bloom true before selling them -- a good idea for keeping customers happy when they're paying higher prices for his varieties.
I have a 'Rob's Snake Charmer' plant that is growing just like 'Beanstalk'.... I was going to decrown it down the line so it looked more normal..... now, maybe not! :-)
begoniacrazii, I have a friend whose mother has now passed away. His fondest memories of her were of her planting her Lily of the Valley every year. I have tried to find something similar to that to send to him, something that he could grow inside. I would love to get him something like the one you have. It sure does remind me of the Lily of the Valley. Is that the name of it, Beanstalk? This past Christmas I searched for something unique for him and found a collector's mug, one of those flower of the month mugs. I think it was the May one that was the Lily of the Valley. So I sent that to him. He really loved it.

OH Shucks . I bought one very exspensive but sold it before it bloomed. I can't wait until your's bl00m.
Mine I paid like 51.00 for , I had to wait 4 months before he could ship and even then was so small. Then I nursed it another 4 months still too small to bloom and sold about 5 senks plants to come even and get some $$ back.
