didn't realize this one i got at walmart was from anthoflores in canada...says can't propagate etc..so must be a winner...right?...lol...quien sabe?...this pic may be a little blurry...the blossom is hiding under the leaves
ANTHOFLORES..av from Canada
Very pretty Bob :)
Do you thin that means you can propagate to 'sell' or that you can't take cuttings at all?
Anyone know about plant copyrights?
Does it mean they don't want you to go into the business of selling? Don't know
I would not worry about the copyright.
They can't do anything to you unless you sell it and even that would be hard.
Optimara does not want their plants to be used as a parent. Growing by leaf is ok :))
As a parent? What does that mean?
Taking two plants and hybridizing a new plant
Optimara and ANTHOFLORES have coperights or so on their plants. When you Hybridize you need two parent plants they don't want you using thier. When you register plants both parennts must be named.
Oh I see..gotcha :)
Well I can understand why they wouldn't want people tinkering with their plants that way.
oh allison...very good...get back to me from the DMail i sent you..thanks...bob
