Very pretty Bob :)

Northern California, CA(Zone 9a)

Do you thin that means you can propagate to 'sell' or that you can't take cuttings at all?
Anyone know about plant copyrights?

Silver Spring, MD

Does it mean they don't want you to go into the business of selling? Don't know

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

I would not worry about the copyright.
They can't do anything to you unless you sell it and even that would be hard.

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Optimara does not want their plants to be used as a parent. Growing by leaf is ok :))

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

As a parent? What does that mean?

Dunedin, FL(Zone 10b)

Taking two plants and hybridizing a new plant
Optimara and ANTHOFLORES have coperights or so on their plants. When you Hybridize you need two parent plants they don't want you using thier. When you register plants both parennts must be named.

Vero Beach, FL(Zone 9b)

Oh I see..gotcha :)
Well I can understand why they wouldn't want people tinkering with their plants that way.
