Is it possible to dig up and pot brugs that are in the ground now? I think I might be having to transfer them. Our daytime temps. are in the 50's and night time temps, are in the low 30's. Right now they are dormant.

Is it possible?
Yes, they could be potted up now for transport, and should do fine, as long as the roots don't freeze. The roots won't be as well insulated in pots however, and would need to be kept in a protected area.
I'm thinking of doing the same, only bringing some into the GH to give them a bit of a headstart. It's been such a mild winter, many have started putting up shoots at the base already; but a frost is likely to come along and make them start over.
