The photo isn't real clear, but looks like it might be Aptenia cordifolia....could be way off, though!
Not a hoya.....is it succulent and does it get little pink flowers? If so it looks like something I have. It's a clumper rather than a vine, yes?
corky, this looks like an "ice plant". I had beds of this in Fl, brought some in a pot here & it really spread & grew till cold weather. Waaaa I wanna go back to Fl!!! Melba
