Does anyone have a great recipe for focaccia bread, that lists the spice ingredients?? We love focaccia bread, but most places that make it only put the spices on the top and not all through. We like it spread throughout the whole loaf. I have a spice mix that comes pre-packaged, but doesn't list the ingredients, and it would probably be cheaper for me to just buy my own ingredients.
I have just been using my white bread recipe for the bread machine, and adding the spice mix I have.
